I have a particular soft spot for this topic as I recently adopted a kitten from a local shelter. The book did a great job at providing context around something extremely important.

I found this very helpful never having a cat before. I found a 2-3 week old kitten and no idea what I was doing. It was good that it was a quick read in such a situation, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was after reading this you still need a lot more information and a follow up book would be great for the next stage.
This book is SO helpful! A few years ago, I found a kitten abandoned. Absolutely, I watched the feral mom and she never came back. I had to act quickly. Thank goodness for Google and the kitten survived and is a great cat to the vet tech's family that adopted him! But, had I had this book, I could have helped so much better. Thank you for writing this book and for all your caring. You are obviously a very caring person.
